I love Sunday! I enjoy Sunday the most, not only I'm off duty, because every brother and sister gather in church to worship the mighty one.
Last Sunday, Pastor Prince was away holiday with his family, and Pastor Joshua took over the stage. There is this story that i find that is very funny yet very clear to my question. My question was, if God is the creator of this world why are there so many unfortunate people and things happening around?
And Pastor Joshua shares:
There is a man who loves god a lot, wherever he goes he will preach to many about our wonderful saviour. So this man went to a barber for haircut and he share with the barber about our saviour.
barber says: I don't believe that there is a God, look, there are so many unfortunate things happening and people are this and that....
Then, the man kept quite as the barber does believe and doesn't seems like it.
After the haircut was over, the man walk out and he saw a man with super long hair, shagged. so he went back and tell the barber,
Man: I don't believe there is a barber in this world.
Barber: What!? I just gave you a haircut right?
Man: Look outside, the man look shagged, long untidy hair
Barber: Ya, but if he comes to me i will gladly cut for him.
Man: Precisely, there is a GOOD GOD, but no one goes to him and he will not force people to have haircut if they don't wish to.
There is a wonderful god who does not forsake us. We may seems stubborn in going our own ways but he follow us through. | |
